I wasn't challenging y'all, I was just sitting there thinking about all the mediterranean food you've been crafting, while I was chomping down the last of the leftover Thai pork & ginger & fresh oyster-mushroom & cloudear-thing I love to make (not sure of the Thai name)- where you shave the ginger into long curls, and slice everything else up w/soy & nam pla. Nummy, but no one ever talks about making food like that.
You should try the Pacific recipe you're doing w/some nice pork- more authentic, & nice pork & mango's a go go.
