Music is going pretty well.
"The Tooles" have a new website - http://www.bandotooles.com/ - thanks to the graphic design skills of Toole #1's wife. I like it. It's linked into a google calendar and automatically displays all our gigs, including the ones that Kurt and I are doing solo.
One of those solo gigs was yesterday, as part of a monthly "exposure" night at Fitzgerald's. Fitzgerald's is a temple of musical greatness with a top-notch sound system, a spectacular history, an open mic-night that has been running for 18 years and basically consists of a group of pro and semi-pro musicians getting together and chatting while periodically sharing a song or two (egos are low, quality is high).
The Tooles have a gig at "Celtic Crossings" in Feb., which hopefully will lead to more (if we fit and like it, and they like us).
I've written a few good songs lately.
I've created a "Fan" page on Facebook. By April, I'll get around to processing some of the songs from last night and post them there!
