Is some kind of jogging stroller feasible? My friend Dawn had one with her kids and she loved it, even in the winter, as long as the sidewalks were clear, or on the less-trafficked roads in her neighbourhood. You could jog together or one of you could jog while the other had some alone-time for other stuff (showers, etc.).
