Yes, but the right has claimed the term "judicial activist," and so the left can't be copycats. "Dangerous extremists" is my current goal.

Well, no. I heard a gay friend use "activist judge" to explain why she did not attempt to adopt her partner's child--if she got one the baby might be taken from both of them. I guess it's used by whoever doesn't like the judge in question.

George F. Will, a true conservative's conservative, has written some scathing articles on the current administration and the difference between conservatives and dangerous extremist idiots.

I remember when conservatives criticized Democratic administrations for using our resources for "nation building". At least we did a better job of it than the Bushies are doing in Iraq.
