Just War

Some time ago (during the marketing campaign to sell us war with Iraq), Jimmy Carter offered a criticism of the war based on principles of 'Just War.' McCain offered rebuttal on the same principles. I'd like to get copies of this without paying the New York Times (who published them) for the privilege. Can anyone find a full text version of it?
