I left Macalester for the last time, at least this go around, at 5:00 or so today. I ran into the college president on my way out and introduced myself (we had actually met at an Xmas party, but there's no reason he'd remember me), then thanked him for a terrific year. It's a hard place to leave, but it definitely helped catapult me into the ranks of the tenure-track.

Moving on. Packing. Truck loading on the 29th. This is all possible.
