I went by a place called Clancy's in Linden Hills today and bought 6 GORGEOUS large shrimp and 6 GORGEOUS large scallops.

Tomorrow:

Dinner for 2

Two shrimp, each with one basil leaf wrapped in proscuitto, broiled briefly.
Two scallops pan-seared for seconds.
One shrimp shredded and turned into a sauce with leeks and white wine or something, then ... turned into sauce for tagliatelle with pieces of shrimp.
Caprese salad with burratta (this gooey wonder cheese like mozarella but moreso).

Sunday:

Dinner for 2

Buy some little pieces of fish and some oil for the fryer and make Frito Misto !!! And probably something else.

Hey after your dinner Sunday you should join us in the Bat Cave at Larry's for awards and drinks and maybe cards. It would be nice to see you two!

Which would work well if awards shows didn't give D. the shakes. He really doesn't like them. We shall have to pass. However if you ever get time again and want to have dinner or something that would be cool.
