Well, at least Billy Beane is not going to make a bad deal for Haren, and while the O's are incompetent, I suspect will refuse to trade within their division (which, if you're years away from competing, is pretty dumb). So it's all about landing Santana.
And then the Yanks can trade for the rapidly declining Dontrelle Willis.
