That's the only good thing about the general medical insistence on doing these things so horribly early in the morning: look, it's 8:36 a.m. and it's all done with. Nico looks so bouncy in all your recent photos, so I hope he bounces back well from this.

He's logy (is that really a word?), but mending.

And this doctor works hard. Starts with the littlest at 7 AM, works all morning, then sees patients in the afternoon at his other office.
