Not to threadjack, but you reminded me of an exchange that my boyfriend and I had about my 18-pound cat:

"Look out, it's a galloping herd of kitten!"
"Heard of kitten?"
"Of course I've heard a kitten, he's so loud that I could hardly avoid it!"
