Few adult bodies can do that. I've watched the film a half dozen times or more and am still trying to figure out the physics involved. Strong legs, that's for sure. Strong legs and knowing the action that goes with "stand up."

He has power in his muscles. His challenge is then to sustain the many tiny movements to remain standing. It's power vs. tone, and tone is the issue.
