I may just go with the Saenkanter (if they have any in) since it's the best cheese in the world. Along with all the other best cheeses in the world. Some thing are just so good they require superlatives regardless.
A friend of mine is giving a talk tomorrow on a monastary in Belgium and I want to bring an appropriate treat. Shannon has bought Prince-Jean which she says is delicious.
