Mon, 13:10: 3) The surveillance state is dangerous, but it's hear. Cameras on police cars and lapels is one way to make it work for us. #Ferguson
Mon, 13:11: 4) I work on police violence and disability. In case after case, the camera has made it possible to find out what happened. #Ferguson
Mon, 13:12: 5) The camera is not a panacea. But it changes the power dynamic just slightly in the favor of justice. #Ferguson
