The Pentagon has said that they killed 4 terrorists in Pakistan with their recent missle strike, although they admit that they did not hit Al-Qaeda's #2 man.

I want the Pentagon to work on their math, although I know it's hard.

Look at the mass protests in Pakistan. Thousands of thousands of people marching, shouting, 'Death to America.' Now not all of those people will become terrorists, but ...

Is the number 4 greater than or less than the number of new terrorists we just helped create?

The problem there is, of course, that apparently whoever ordered the strike thought that the #2 man was there. The decision of whether it's worth it or not has to be made ahead of time, and should be (but I fear, isn't always) made on the basis of all foreseeable outcomes.
