I think you would. You're not going to churn much air in if you just pour your mix out in a puddle.

Yea the price made me wonder how much liquid nitrogen costs.:) Because think of all the fun we could have with a canister of that!

Nitrogen is cheap; it's the canistar that'll cost you.

Plus the special gloves so you can touch the canister. Stupid fingers being fragile and susceptible to frostbite.

Those gloves are cheap insulated gloves. The dewers are very well insulated, so you don't need uber-impressive gloves.
