1br + office space. So that could be 2br, or 1 + sunroom, or whatever. Hwd floors preferred, decent kitchen a must, cats must be allowed.

We're looking in the 700-1000 range (depending on whether utilitiesd are provided). Any help deeply appreciated.

Somewhere on the 6 between 50th & France and Uptown, right? How far from the 6 is ok, and is the route that goes down Xerxes ok?

Yes. Any part of the 6, actually between the U of MN via downtown to Edina. But ... not in any lousy neighborhoods.
