How did you beat me to it? So soon?

I loved the seared scallop and spring pea with asparagus and brioche point. MMmmmm.... How does someone go wrong with scallops and spring peas? Answer: Not possible.

Plus we now have a smattering of truffles in our fridge because we couldn't eat another bite.

Hooray for new jobs! We have matching his and hers.:)
